District A-1 Police hold a monthly North End Public Safety meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet Street. The public is encouraged to attend these meetings to learn about incidents in the neighborhood and to communicate with local police officials.
National Drug Take Back Day will be held on Saturday, October 27. Safely dispose of unused or expired medications at your local Boston Police station from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Check the BPD website for a list of all districts and their station locations.
