RUFF Love Comes to the North End as Dog Owners Reach Out

It was RUFF Love as the Responsible Urbanites for Fido reached out this Saturday to help North End dog owners and the community, through their monthly clean-up followed by a meet and greet event on Cross Street.   The next big event for RUFF is  Doggie Halloween.
