NEMPAC Hoots and Howls at 2012 Halloween Costume Party Fundraiser

The North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) hosted their 2nd annual Hoot and Howl Halloween themed costume party fundraiser at Filippo’s on Friday night.
