St. John School Students Receive the Sacrament of Confirmation

image2St. John School 8th graders, John Paul Anderson, Michael Buttiri, Teddy Pasto, Nicholas Seaver and Nicholas Williams, received the sacrament of Confirmation this past weekend. These five young men have all been together at St. John School since they were in the first grade.

The Confirmation services were held St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in the West End and was officiated by Bishop Maurus Muldoon, OFM, the retired bishop of Juticalpa, Honduras, who grew up in Dorchester, before becoming a Franciscan, and then being sent to Central America in 1966 where he served until retiring as bishop in 2012.

Also in attendance was former principal, Sister Eileen Harvey, who sponsored Nick Seaver.

St. John School is proud of these young men and congratulate them on this exciting milestone!

Saint John School Congratulates 2013 Graduates
