Question 2 on this year’s election ballot regarding Charter School expansion was debated this week at the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC). Advocates for both sides were present at the meeting. Question 2 asks about lifting the cap on the number of charter schools in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
