The Boston Public Works Department is planning to resurface the roadway of Public Alley 101, from Cross to Richmond Streets. Some existing conditions within the alley that require discussion with the alley neighbors, such as the ground level planting boxes. 10:30am Neighborhood Egg Hunt at Christopher Columbus Park
No early hunters please, meet in the tot lot of Christopher Columbus Park. Bring a bag or basket, if your older child (9 and up) is interested in helping hide eggs, let me know. Hiders are sent out just before hunters. Lots of eggs are held back for those who aren’t up for a stampede early on a Friday. The event is free and all are welcome.
11:00am Greenway Carousel Opens for the Season
In one of the true signs of spring, the Greenway Carousel at the Tiffany & Co Foundation Grove reopens for the 2016 season! The Carousel will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until April 15th when it’ll open 7 days a week for the season! The cost for a Carousel ride remains $3/ride! View more information.

10:00am NEAD – Annual Easter Party [The Nazzaro Center, 30 N Bennet Street]
Take a photo with Peter Rabbit, color Easter Eggs, do an Easter themed craft, have a balloon character made just for you. Children of all ages are welcome, parents must accompany their children at all times. Photos, Egg Coloring and Crafts will be from 10am to 11am ONLY, followed by a puppet show at 11am. There will also be Easter Candy and goodies for all the children.
