At the October 5, 2015 meeting of the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC voted 10-0 in support of a zoning occupancy change at 88 Prince Street Unit 1. John Collins is the petitioner who applied to change the zoning of his condominium unit from commercial to residential. No construction to occur in the property as this unit is already residential in practice. The Boston Zoning Board of Appeal approved the change later in the week.
