Robert Magri and Matthew Norcia beat out Natale Demarco and John Curciullo in high level bocce at the 12th “Taste of the North End” Bocce Tournament. Thirty two teams played in the charity event with an Italian-style barbecue by J. Pace & Son on Sunday, September 13th at Langone Park. The annual bocce event is organized by Donato Frattaroli of Lucia Ristorante, Chris Zizza of C&R Flooring and Pam Donnaruma of the Post-Gazzete. The weather was perfect for the traditional Italian game while raising money for North End causes. Taste of the North End raises funds for scholarships and charities in the North End community.
