The North End Beautification Committee has purchased and installed four new benches on Cross Street for the corners of Hanover and Salem Streets. The NEBC also cleaned out the tree beds on Cross street and recently added new planters. The group would like to thank Larry from LMFloral who planted the plants, installed the benches, cleaned out the tree pits and added the mulch.

Years in Waiting, New Trees Planted on Cross Street
For at least 7 years, the stretch of Cross Street between Fulton and North Streets has been literally a dead zone with dead trees. This week, new trees were finally planted, spotted by David Goggins.
