Echelman Sculpture to Rise Sunday Over Greenway; Street Closures
Easily one of the most unique additions to the Greenway, the Janet Echelman Sculpture, will be rising up in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 3rd. Neighborhood residents saw the upper “flights” in the Gassy regularly being misused as a spot for drug use and drinking. Not anymore, as of May 1st, 2015, the upper “flights” were officially opened as the pilot dog park that aims to provide a permanent dog park for neighborhood pets.
