Citizen complaint of the day: Skunk of unusual size in epic battle with North End garbage bag

A large skunk was tampering with a white kitchen bag full of trash on Charter Street in the North End, spreading a litter of garbage. The skunk was squeezing through a locked gate as it was attempting to rip open the trash bag, between 44-46 Charter Street. The story is at, UniversalHub.
