Thank You From Joe Pace; Closing North End Location

A longstanding neighborhood institution is closing this week. With the sale of its Cross Street property, J. Pace & Son will be shutting down its North End location this Saturday, October 4th after 40 years. We are passing on this note received from Joe Pace who started his business here in the North End.

  7. Joe, it only seems like yesterday that you opened on Salem Street and with your knowledge of good customer service, this brought you the success that you deserved. We will miss you and pass along a special thank you for the great service provided by your employee Michael who may it a joy to shop at your place of business. You were one of the last links to our old North End which is quickly dying! God bless and good luck, you deserve it!
