It was an OktoberFesta fundraiser on Saturday night to support NEMPAC, the North End Music and Performing Arts Center, held at the Fisherman’s Club in the North End. Friends, supporters, board members and staff came out to celebrate the non-profit’s arts programing for kids and adults. In addition to its educational outreach through the Eliot K-8 Innovation School and St. John School, NEMPAC provides music and arts-based offerings at the community and professional level. Some recent and upcoming special events include the Winter and Summer Concert Series, the NEMPAC Opera Project and the annual Pumpkin Painting on the Prado. More information can be found at: www.nempac boston.org.
