The North End Library is offering a special program where local high school students offer children help with homework, research or even just to interact and read with them.
A student named Siji, from the Commonwealth School in the Back Bay comes on Tuesdays and her colleague, Alexander, comes on Thursdays. The hours are 3:30 – 5:30.
On Wednesdays, there is Carrie, a teacher from the Boston Public Schools, who is available to help students between 4-6 p.m.
They are available to help in ALL subject areas, and ALL students, no matter where they attend school (public, private, or parochial). They are very happy to talk and interact with children of all ages! The North End Branch Library is at 25 Parmenter Street. Call 617-227-8135 for more information.
