Red Line/Blue Line Connector – Public Meeting

redblueconnectorlogo The Massachusetts Executive Office of Transportation announces a
Public Meeting to discuss the Red Line/Blue Line Connector Project.

We hope you will join us at a public meeting to discuss the Red Line/Blue Line Connector project. The proposed Red Line/Blue Line Connector is a project of the MA Executive Office of Transportation & Public Works (EOT).

It would link the only two lines that do not currently intersect within the MBTA’s rapid transit system. The project would extend the Blue Line approximately 1,500 feet beneath Cambridge Street to make a connection with Charles/MGH Station on the Red Line. At the meeting, EOT will present an overview of the project and answer questions from the public.
