Sovereign Bank at 287 Hanover StreetBoston Police are reporting through Twitter that the Sovereign Bank at 287 Hanover Street was robbed Thursday morning. The robber gave a note to the teller, but showed no weapon. The description is white male, 5′ 8″, 30’s, black t-shirt.
Although this robbery does not appear to be part of a movie, the BPD tweeted separately that N. Bennet St and Tileston St will be closed from Hanover to Salem due to the movie filming for “The Town”. See the full street closing schedule here.
