The most important things to consider when buying a Condo:
1. Heat. The best heat & least expensive is Gas Forced Hot Water. It is more money to install
but far cleaner than any means of heat. It is not drying like Electric or Forced Hot Air.
2. Soundproofing. The condo should be soundproofed, along with soundproof windows.
Never let anyone teill you that you live in the City, therefore, you have to deal with the noise,
that is absolute B.S.
3. All that glitters is not necessarily Gold. They are selling Condo that look great, but the
quality is not there. I have heard these complaints many times. What looks good to the
eye is not worth the money sometimes.
