  1. I am not in the Construction Business, but these are my feelings. The amount of some of these condos & apt. buildings are outrageous. Anyone looking for real state should
    bear these things in mind, Heat – The best Heat is Gas Forced Hot Water, which
    means your A/C & Heat do not come from the same place & more important is by far
    the healthiest form of Heat, much less expensive than Electric. Windows – should
    always be soundproof, along with the apt. or condo being soundproof. All the things
    that I mention should be taken into consideration when buying real estate, and if you
    don’t have all mentioned, you go robbed at these prices. sorry

    1. If they believe that the whole place is going under water, then they might not want to part with million dollars. Then again, you’d think they could drive a harder bargain.
