City Council election recount is underway in Boston in contest separated by eight votes

This past Saturday the recount of Boston’s Nov. 5 at-large City Council race begun in an effort to review more than 66,000 by hand to determine the winner of the previous vote which was only separated by eight votes, read more on The Boston Globe.
