Seniors, are you interested in getting up to $500 a year to buy health-related items such as first aid supplies, cold/flu medicine, cough drops, vitamins, toothbrushes, toothpaste just to name a few?
A Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) representative will be available to answer all your questions and provide you with information about the CCA at the Nazzaro Center on Tuesday, November 12 at 12:30pm – 1pm.
