Tavistock Development Company, commercial property owners along Commercial Wharf in Boston’s North End, are hosting an information session on Oct. 16 to share their plans for the pier which include replacing the existing Joe’s Waterfront building (lot 8) and the partly burned building (lot 6 & 7). Wharf District Council Police Report Covers Homelessness and Drug Usage

Boston Police Department (BPD) Sergeant Steven Moy, in attendance on behalf of Captain Fong, provided a police report at the September Wharf District Council (WDC) meeting that included twelve reported incidents and four arrests.
