Today is Friday, August 9 and a ferry hasn’t run out of Lynn’s Blossom Street terminal to bring commuters to Boston in over two years. Groundwater Levels Returning to Normal

After a very rainy spring, the groundwater levels have returned to normal, mitigating damage to city infrastructure.
