The St. Lucy Society kicked off their 98th Feast on Thursday night in honor of Santa Lucia, St. Lucy, Vergine e’ Martire – Protectress of Eyesight. The annual event comes a day before the opening of the big centennial for the St. Anthony’s Feast. This is the third year St. Lucy’s Feast has been held on the Thursday night before the St. Anthony’s Feast and it appeared to bring out a nice crowd to the festivities.
