Summer Fitness Returns to the Greenway

The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy has announced their summer line-up of free fitness classes along the Greenway! Over 130 classes will take place June through September, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. See the full schedule below, with classes near the North End and Waterfront in orange.

Mondays:

– Tai Chi by Wang YMCA, 10:30am – 11:30am, June 3 – July 29, at Chinatown Park

– HIIT by Healthworks, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, July 8 – August 26, at Atlantic and India Streets

Tuesdays:

– Zumba by Wang YMCA, 5pm – 6pm, July 2 – August 27, at Chinatown Park

– Cornhole by Social Boston Sports, 5:45pm – 7:45pm, Session 1: May 28 – July 9, Session 2: July 30 – September 10, at Atlantic and Milk Streets

Wednesdays:

– Lunchtime Vinyasa by Body Lingua Yoga, 12:15pm – 1:15pm, July 10 – August 28, at Oliver and Atlantic Streets

– Self-Defense by UFC Boston, 5pm – 6pm, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, at Dewey Square

– HIIT by Innercity Weightlifting, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, July 17 & August 14, at Atlantic and India Streets
