The ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center (NE/WE NSC) held its Halloween party on Monday, the day before Halloween. Staff and volunteers prepared a hearty and healthful meal of pork, pasta, and green veggies, to round out the influx of sweets, which included a sugary feast from our friends and elected officials in the neighborhood.
