Thanks to North End Branch Librarian Jennifer Hawes, photos from many years of North End Against Drugs’ Annual North End Family Pride Week events are available for viewing at the library.
Over 1,100 photos from 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2016, 2017, & 2018 are at the library. Just ask at the front desk, they are in the neighborhood history section of the library. Most of the photos are taken by Michele Morgan, with some taken by unknown photographers.
“We are grateful to Jennifer for allowing the photos to be stored at the library and even more thankful to Michele for taking these awesome pictures over the years,” stated NEAD President John Romano. “We hope many of you will stop by the library and enjoy looking back in time and seeing your family and friends at our great events held throughout the past years.”
