10:00AM City Council Hearing Regarding Boston Speed Limits. Stop by the Iannella Chamber in City Hall where the Chair of the Committee, Michelle Wu, and sponsor Councilor Ed Flynn invite the public to attend and testify, see additional details here.

6:30PM FOCCP Monthly Meeting at Mariner’s House. Stop by 11 North Square for the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park monthly meeting, see additional details here.

TD Garden expansion: 7 before-and-after images of the $100 million project

For the first time in the garden’s 23-year-history, the home of the Bruins and Celtics is getting a major expansion costing roughly $100 million. See 7 before-and-after photos of the new space on Curbed Boston.

West Sidewalk Closes at N. Washington Street Bridge. Beginning Wednesday, November 14, the western sidewalk (Charles River side) of the North Washington Street Bridge will be closed to all pedestrians as work continues on the bridge replacement project.

6:30PM Friends of the NE Library Meeting. Stop by 25 Parmenter Street for a Friends of the North End Library meeting.
