The 15th annual International Sand Sculpting Festival took place this past weekend at Revere Beach.
Thousands of people gathered at America’s first public beach to see these impressive sculptures, in addition to visiting food trucks and other vendors lining the Revere boardwalk. Those who stuck around into the evening hours on Saturday enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display.
Pavel Mylnikov’s “Vanishing Muse” sculpture, displayed first in the photo gallery, was this year’s first place winner. Photographer Gerri Palladino captured all the excitement of the festival.
Great photos and a great job by the organizers and the State and Revere police.
Matt: Thank you for posting the photos. So pleased to see the amazing work ‘up close and personal’.
