A reception and fundraiser for Greg Henning, Candidate for District Attorney of Suffolk County, was hosted by Andrea Mattisen-Haskins, Woodie Haskins and Steve DeAngelis on Thursday, June 28.
Steve DeAngelis generously offered his Golden Goose Cafe as a venue for this well-attended and energetic event.
Greg Henning has been a Boston resident for nearly his entire life. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County DA’s office for ten years, before becoming a teacher at Boston Preparatory Charter Public School in Hyde Park teaching constitutional law. Greg returned to the DA’s office in 2013 and was most recently named Supervisor of the Gang Unit in 2016, heading a team of attorneys focused on shootings and other violent crimes in Suffolk County.
The primary will be held on Tuesday, September 4. If you are not able to vote in person on that day, ballots will be available mid-July at City Hall, Election Department, or by applying online or in person at City Hall.
