Photo Gallery: Harborfest Opens With Official Cake Cutting

The 37th annual Boston Harborfest kicked off this week with an opening ceremony and cutting of the cake at Faneuil Hall. The United States Navy Band Northeast’s Ceremonial Band was on hand for the festivities. 

Harborfest is a multi-day, family-friendly festival with activities celebrating American Independence, honoring the city’s colonial roots and showcasing Boston’s harbor. It is the largest Fourth of July festival in the country.
