Armed Robbery at Cooper St. Convenience Store

Via Universal Hub

The Venice Convenience Store at 38 Cooper St. in the North End was robbed at gunpoint around 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday night. The suspect was described as black, 5’8″ to 5’10” and wearing all black clothes.

The suspect threatened the clerk on duty with a handgun. He was also seen carrying a purple backpack as he fled towards Salem Street.

In February 2018, the same convenience store was held up by a Woburn man who was later arrested.
