Is there anything sweeter than Spring in Boston? The long, harsh New England is finally over, the magnolia trees on Commonwealth Avenue are in bloom, the Red Sox are winning and may finally have a decent pitching staff and, best of all, the Swan Boats are back in the Public Garden lagoon.
The post card I’m sharing today depicts the Swan Boats and was taken many years ago. The people in the tutus aren’t tourists they’re dancers from the Boston Ballet.
Can anyone guess what they are doing and why they are there?
