Residents’ Association Amends ZLC Policy to Require Neighbor Notification by USPS Mail
The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) voted 33-4 to amend the neighbor notification policy to require notification of any zoning, licensing and construction (ZLC) projects by certified mail or first class mail.
