& STRENGTHENING CLASS/ES

GROUP 1: Wednesday, April 4 – May 23
This is a Hatha class which is focusing on overall strength, flexibility and balance.
- Previous yoga experience required
- 1 spot open
- 7-week commitment, no class April 18
GROUP 2: Thursday, April 5 – May 24
The focus of this class is strengthening and toning of the midsection to create more overall stability. It is not a fitness class. No external tools needed. Movements and poses will be slow and held for longer.
It is an excellent way to recognize your body’s limitations and overcome those in a careful and mindful way.
- Must be able to move easily from standing positions to floor, some prior yoga experience preferred
- 7-week commitment, no class April 19
