In 2017, Greater Boston Drivers Spent An Average Of 60 Hours In Traffic During Peak Times

In 2017, Boston area drivers spent an average of 60 hours on congested roadways and stuck in traffic during peak periods. That makes Boston the seventh-most congested urban area in the country behind cities like Los Angeles and New York City. WBUR has the top ten list from across the entire country.
