Female victim reports she was threatened by a male suspect over an argument about smoking outside an Atlantic Ave. apartment building. Police Officers spoke with both parties involved and advised them how to seek harassment prevention orders if desired.

Police officers responded to a disturbance at a Battery Wharf hotel garage. Security reports a female who parks in the garage arrived accompanied with an unknown male to pick up her car. At this time the male suspect became agitated and aggressive with the attendant because it was taking to long for the attendant to retrieve her car keys. The suspect at this time stepped into the office and placed his hand into the cash register money draw; the attendant yelled at the suspect who fled the garage on foot with no us currency.
