Save Our Shoulders! (Fitness Class)

North End resident and fitness instructor, Nancy Bellantoni, is presenting a series of three 90 minute classes to kick off 2018. She will use therapy balls, breath work and exercises to target body blind spots, erase pain and identify overburdened muscles and joints. These are deep tissue myofascial roll-outs, each with a distinct focus.
