Events for Thursday, November 2:

3:30PM STEAM Crafternoons at West End Library. Join the West End branch of the Boston Public Library at 151 Cambridge Street for an afternoon of crafts for children of all ages. Kids will have access to an abundance of supplies and will receive instructions for a craft as well as a science-related project. For more information or to pre-register, email rfox@bpl.org.

6:00PM NE Public Safety Meeting at the Nazzaro Center. The Boston Police Area A-1 will be attending the NE public safety meeting where all North End/Waterfront residents are welcome to attend at 30 N. Bennet Street.

Spite Houses, typically designed to block views, limit access, create an eyesore or make another homeowner feel inferior, can take on numerous shapes and forms. Mother Nature Network set out to find some of the most uniquely annoying spite houses around the country and featured the North End’s Skinny House on their list.

Friday, November 3:

10:00AM Little Groove Concert at North End Library. Join the North End Library at 25 Parmenter St. and get ready to shake, wiggle, and move with Little Groove. Children will have the opportunity to interact with parachutes, puppets, instruments and more, see here for additional event details.

Saturday, November 4:

Timing TBD Poetry Open Mic. There will be a poetry open mic featuring Louisa Calio at I Am Books located at 189 North Street, more details to follow soon.

10:30AM I Piccooli Lettori. Join I Am Books at 189 North Street for its Italian reading group for children ages 0-4 and their parents. Together, the group will engage in multiple readings and games for a fun morning of Italian language and learning.

11:00AM Reenactment of The Devil and the Crown at Faneuil Hall. Join the Revolution 250 as volunteers reenact an outdoor, public demonstration of the Boston town meeting setting up a non-importation boycott against the Townshend duties.
