Motor vehicle visiting parkers have had a free ride (literally) during the cycle track project as the meters along Atlantic Avenue were displaced. A new multi-space pay system has been installed and the City is ready to make it operational.
Starting Friday, November 15, 2017:
– 2 hour parking limit, 8am-8pm (ex Sun), and meters will be enforced.
– After 6pm, the spaces are North End resident parking (with sticker).
Parkers should pay at the multi-space machine in the center of the block where various forms of payment are accepted, including the City’s parking app.
The metered spaces run from Christopher Columbus Park to the end of Atlantic Avenue where it meets Commercial Street at Lewis Wharf.
