You guys,,,Exhale Battery Wharf is launching a cycling studio and we could not be more excited! Come help us celebrate with Exhale + Aragosta, with a kick-ass cycling class followed by of course, brunch and mimosas!! Brunch Fit is part of Brunches of Boston signature events series providing both a fitness experience and brunch to attendees.
This event starts at the Exhale Battery Wharf Cycling studio, where you’ll get your heart’s pumping with some high energy beats and a challenging ride.
After class, the brunch party starts right across the road at Aragosta where a special area will be set aside just for Brunches of Boston Brunch Fitters. You’ll enjoy a full brunch from a special Brunch Fit menu and sip on a complimentary mimosa all while enjoying brunch with a killer view!
About the class:
Exhale turned a regular cycle class into a results-oriented, balanced workout to keep you centered. Push past your limits on the bike as you conquer hills, jumps and sprints on this endorphin-filled journey. The ride ends with soothing stretches to optimize your training.
Meet Your Instructor:
Caitlin Milbury is Exhale’s Mind-Body Manager at Exhale Battery Wharf. In addition to teacingh Cycle, Caitlin teaches all of Exhale’s proprietary Core Fusion classes as well as yoga. Caitlin teaches a well-balanced class targeting every major muscle group while offering progressions to her guests to ensure class is accessible to all levels.
