North End Against Drugs (NEAD) held our annual Easter Party on Saturday April 15 at the Nazzaro Center. Over 100 people attended this fabulous event sponsored by Mike Giannasoli in memory of his mother, Florence. The children and parents were treated to egg coloring, photos with Peter Rabbit, balloon making, a coloring station, an Easter basket filled with goodies, and a puppet show sponsored by City Councilor Sal LaMattina.
This annual event is free to North End residents and always enjoyed by all who attend. Thanks to the Nazzaro Center for hosting and to all the NEAD board members who volunteered their time to help make this event great. Thanks also goes to volunteer Patricia Romano, Johnny Romano (Peter Rabbit) and NEAD corporate sponsor Eversource.
