Sunday, October 30, 2016, was the final day of the FONE fall bocce tournament.
The tournament ended in a tie for first place between Team 4 whose players are Frank Julianello, Eric Marsh, Willie Celata and Anthony Gaeta and Team 3 whose players are Faust Freda, Joe Blazo, Anthony Cortese and Joe Ferullo.
A final playoff game was necessary due to the tie for first place.
This game was highly competitive resulting in a win by Team 4 with a score of 10 to 9.
Team 4 received their first place trophy at a banquet Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the Flaming Grill Restaurant in Revere, MA.
