I actually find this offensive. There are plenty of water features that children can play in on the Greenway. This is a memorial to the loss of countless Armenians, not a playground for children.
Then make that clear. Kids see water, they play. Want them to stay out? Put up a fence.
Happens all day in that park. How about your anger at the homeless that sleep there, wake up and pound heroin all day? Not offensive?
