Battery Wharf Hotel Receives Support for Liquor License Transfer
The Battery Wharf Hotel received an overwhelmingly supportive vote of 23-3 from the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) in favor of transferring its alcohol license. Requests by Contrada’s on Hanover St., Nick Varano’s Famous Deli on Cross St. and 9 Noyes Pl. all receive supportive votes from NEWRA members. The City’s Environmental Chief also communicates with the neighborhood.

Speaking of the Bike Path…there has been an incredible increase in back-up on Commercial during construction. Let’s hope that doesn’t continue once the lane opens. Some days it goes from North Washington St all the way back to Battery St.
