Saint Agrippina’s Feast is here! With the St. Joseph Society not having a feast this year, St. Agrippina’s Feast is the first “big” festival of the year taking place August 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2016 at Hanover & Battery Streets in Boston’s North End. The society is hosting a 4-day festival with daily processions and a full lineup of entertainment, concluding with the famous “Tug of War.” See information at SaintAgrippinaBoston.com. View photos from last year of the Opening Ceremonies and Grand Procession. Passing down the the tradition, the Saint Agrippina Society organizes a “Children’s Procession” with neighborhood kids carrying a little saint statue complete with flowing ribbons.
