At this week’s meeting of the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA), executives gave a brief update discussion on a few of the large projects undergoing review. NEWRA has created a website page as an information resource on BRA large projects.

(00:00) North Station Area Traffic Study – Ford Cavallari reviewed the recent kickoff meeting, highlighting ongoing development issues in the planning area.
(02:10) Lewis Wharf hotel proposal – Jennifer Crampton provided a brief update on the review of the proposed hotel project. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection is expected to rule on the Lewis Wharf piling field where the development is proposed to take place.
