The Eliot K-8 Innovation School hosted its 7th annual Summer Release Gala at the Liberty Hotel June 10th! The Eliot raised funds critical for filling classrooms with books and supplies and for continuing enrichment programming for all students! The Eliot thanks the event sponsors: Eagle Bank, Hingham Savings, hum-a-healthier-yum, Boston’s Best Smile, 90+ Cellars, and of course the beautiful Liberty Hotel, for graciously hosting the event.

Volunteers from Pricewaterhouse Coopers came to the Eliot K-8 Innovation School on Tuesday to help organize thousands of books purchased for the Carolyn and Peter Lynch Literacy Room. Eliot School Students Learn About Local, Healthy Foods at the Boston Public Market

Fifth grade students from the Eliot School, located in Boston’s North End, recently took a field trip to the Boston Public Market to learn about local food pathways and cooking healthy meals. The students met with Boston Public Market chefs at the KITCHEN, a demonstration kitchen that highlights culinary experiences and local food production. The Read More…
