6.   State Senate Candidate Joe Boncore 

7.   NEWNC Candidates Forum:  Each candidate who has qualified for the May 14th Election Ballot will be permitted 5 minutes to introduce themselves.

8.   5 Jackson Avenue, Charlie & Carla Kim:  Petitioners seek to change the legal occupancy from a two family residential dwelling to a single family residential dwelling.  Petitioners are also seeking to add a one story addition and a private rood deck.  (Atty. Daniel Toscano)

Additions at Cooper and Fulton Streets Gain Full Support from Neighborhood Council

The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) voted unanimously to support two separate petitions for building alterations in the neighborhood. The first petition is at 8 Cooper Street, where the petitioner is seeking to erect a one story addition to their existing single family residence and construct a private roof deck.
