Neighborhood Groups Support Bellissimo Nails & Spa at 10-12 Fleet Street in Former Twilight Space

Tuyet Tran, represented by Architect Mai Phung, presented plans to open a nail salon at 10-12 Fleet Street in the former Twilight clothing store location. The new shop will be called Bellissimo Nails & Spa. Zoning relief is necessary to change the occupancy from retail to nail salon.

The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) voted 9-0 in support of the application on April 11, 2016.  The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) voted 27-2 to also support the zoning relief at their meeting on April 14, 2016. A hearing in front of Zoning Board of Appeal is scheduled for May 10th when the final determination will be made.
