Billy Tse Restaurant Receives Good Neighbor Recognition Award

  1. north end oyster? gee, that does not sound at all like neptune oyster across the street. frankly, i am shocked urban cantina did not survive. it seems sooo authentic.

  2. Agree. It’s like it’s cursed. And, one would not think it could be the location because places just a few doors away seem to do well and it’s not like it has a really weird layout or anything. I really liked and thought that the Urban Cantina concept would succeed. It’s a shame.
